Representatives of the NATO Defense Education Development Program (DEEP) paid a working visit to the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. The purpose of the visit was to review the existing professional military education, to discuss the measures taken within the framework of the NATO-Georgia Defense Education Development Program and to determine the future directions of cooperation in accordance with the needs of Georgia.
Representatives of the NATO delegation were hosted by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Georgia and the Deputy Commander of the Defense Forces. During the meetings, the sides discussed the priorities and challenges of the Georgian military education system….
….Workshops were also held at the Command and Staff College of the David Agmashenebeli Georgian National Defense Academy, the Higher Command School, the General Military Center of the Training and Military Education Command and the Giorgi Antsukhelidze Sergeant Academy.
