Allied Air Command deployed two Mobile Training Team to Tunisia in order to grow the armed forces ability and understanding of NATO operations in the key areas of public affairs and airspace management, November 8 to 11.
Through the Allied Air Command Military Partnership Branch training events like this are offered to NATO Partners across the globe to build capability and strengthen existing relationships. The two groups consisting of 28 officers from the Tunisian Army, Navy and Air Force attended the courses delivered by subject matter experts in these fields. This training allows the Tunisian Armed Forces to take advantage of tried and tested procedures used in NATO operations and in turn enhance their own operational capabilities.
