Latvia has installed a 37-kilometer barbed wire fence on the border with Belarus. This is reported by Delfi.
“On Friday, the installation of a temporary barbed wire fence on the Latvian-Belarusian border was completed. The fence has been installed for almost 37 km, but the construction work is still ongoing, since the volume of the fence sections is quite large, “the statement says.
Recently Latvia conducted unannounced exercises on the border with Belarus, which are associated with the crisis on the border of Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
