He also noted that since the start of the war in the East, Ukraine has become even stronger thanks to a strong army, diplomatic capabilities, and the support of the international community.

“You and I have been through crazy trials. We’ve been through the most difficult moments in our history….We have a strong army, strong diplomacy and strong partners,” the minister added.
