Another batch of military aid from US arrives in Ukraine
A new batch of aid from the United States arrived in Ukraine on Friday, January 28. This time, 81 tons of ammunition were sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said on Twitter.
“This time the fourth “bird” delivered 81 tons of ammunition of various calibers to Ukraine. Next week we are waiting for the next planes from the United States with military-technical assistance to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities,” Reznikov wrote.
On January 25, a cargo from the United States arrived at Boryspil Airport with modern equipment and ammunition.
This whole plan was in the cards for years. Russia’s taking over Crimea upset the apple cart. Now Ukraine is nothing but the biggest military base in the world. Maybe Ukraine could sell the land east of the Dnieper to Russia, a modern day Seward’s deal. Promise Zelensky and Poroshenko a couple of billion in their Swiss bank accounts.

It amazes me how quickly military “aid $” is given to various regimes, yet the US drags its feet when it comes to feeding 10 million starving Afgans. It should work the other way around. Humanitarian assistance is prioritized while military $ is stalled in gridlock.
