The Commander of the Georgian Defense Forces, Major General Giorgi Matiashvili and his Deputy, Brigadier General Irakli Chichinadze met with the Commander of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Colonel-General Mykola Balan. The sides discussed the details of bilateral military cooperation at the meeting.
After the meeting with the Commander of the Defense Forces, Colonel-General Mykola Balan was hosted by the Chief of the National Guard. Brigadier General Roman Jokhadze focused on the friendly relations and future cooperation between the Georgian and Ukrainian National Guards.
