Finland and Georgia are NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partners, Finland being paired with Sweden and Georgia with Ukraine in that format.

I thought the Finns were smarter than to fall for this war machine con game. They do have the highest rated public education system in the world.

Finland, like its partner Sweden, is a NATO member in all but name. The countries led a “Provincial Reconstruction Team” in Afghanistan under NATO command. Finnish troops killed and died in combat operations for the first time since WWII; Swedish troops for the first time in 200 years. Both are now NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partners. Sweden provided Gripen warplanes for NATO’s war against Libya.
