Turkey neutralizes four YPG/PKK terrorists in northern Syria

At least four YPG/PKK terrorists were “neutralized” by Turkish security forces in northern Syria, Turkey’s National Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

Since 2016, Ankara has launched a trio of successful anti-terror operations across its border in northern Syria to prevent the formation of a terror corridor and enable the peaceful settlement of residents: Euphrates Shield (2016), Olive Branch (2018), and Peace Spring (2019).

On Saturday, two Turkish soldiers were killed and three others injured in an attack in northwestern Syria. The attack occurred after a search and scanning operation in the Idlib de-escalation zone, according to a statement by the ministry. Russian MoD: terrorists launch 29 attacks from Idleb de-escalation zone

The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that the terrorist organizations positioned in Idleb de-escalation zone have carried out 29 attacks over the past 24 hours.
