A group of experts from the NATO Joint Forces Command gave a lecture to logistics specialists about the planning program

The leading logistics specialists of various units of the Defense Forces studied the LOGFAS work in the NATO program and logistics planning according to NATO standards. A group of experts from the NATO Joint Forces Command and representatives of the J-4 Logistics Planning Department of the Georgian Defense Forces gave lectures and seminars to the logisticians. The main goal of the lecture was the implementation of the logistics planning process with a unified system during the joint operations of NATO.

LOGFAS is the electronic service program for NATO functional areas and the main logistics planning tool currently used by NATO in the planning process. The Alliance recommends that the mentioned program be introduced in the armed forces of friendly countries as well. The use of this system in the Georgian Defense Forces will further simplify the logistics planning process and contribute to the increase of compatibility with NATO.
