A platform called “Western Balkan Quartet” was created

A platform called “Western Balkan Quartet” was created, consisting of Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo.

AZERTAC reports that the decision was made in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.

At the meeting with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Djordje Radulović, the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Olta Khachka, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Kreshnik Ahmedi, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Buyar Osmani, the officials of the four countries discussed new geopolitical realities, hybrid threats, the energy crisis and the war in Ukraine.

Buyar Osmani said that the new initiative announced jointly with the representatives of the participating countries is fully compatible with the foreign and security policy of the European Union.
